We are currently looking for a highly motivated Project Coordinator who is based in London and has the ability to work in a dynamic environment to join our team.

The role is suitable for a Senior Setting Out Engineer / Senior Engineering Surveyor / Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience who is looking to take the next step in the career.

The role will involve managing team members to ensure each project is undertaken within the programmed time frames and client specification.

The chosen candidate will be expected to attend meetings and liaise with clients on and of site, therefore good communication skills are essential. The role involves daily commute to different site and therefore a driving license and own vehicle is a must.

As this is a managerial role, strong general survey and site engineering knowledge is essential.

The suitable candidate would have completed a BTEC HND or a Degree in Civil Engineering/Land Surveying and has:

  • A full clean UK driving license and white Surveyors or Engineers CSCS Card.
  • Setting out experience using a robotic Total Station and GPS surveying equipment.
  • Surveying experience carrying out topographic and measured surveys.
  • An ability to work hard and learn to learn new skills, independently and unsupervised, as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
  • Ability to work outdoors.
  • IT experience, including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is a must.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent people, project and time management skills
  • Point coding using N4CE (preferable).

We are currently looking for a highly skilled CAD Technician to join our team. As a CAD Technician, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Cyclone and other related software will be crucial for this role.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for the CAD work from initial processing stage through to delivering the survey drawings to the client. The role will entail:

  • Working on topographical surveys, measured building surveys and 3D Revit models.
  • Creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on project requirements.
  • Reviewing and modifying existing drawings as necessary.
  • Ensuring drawings are accurate and meet industry standards.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines.

The suitable candidate would have completed a BTEC HND or a Degree in Civil Engineering/Land Surveying or CAD drafting and has:

  • Previous experience within a CAD role or similar.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawing principles and standards.
  • Associate degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering or CAD Drafting.
  • Demonstrative experience with Construction or Civil Engineering.
  • Competent with AutoCAD, Revit, Cyclone.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
